How Much Is Too Much?

What is the proper Torani-syrup-to-seltzer-water ratio in order to produce the perfect Italian soda? I just keep pouring this shit in the water until I can feel the flavoring melt the enamel from my teeth, but I'm beginning to suspect that I'm putting in too much.
